Ordering & Production

Order Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by 360 Print Studio
  • We reserve the right to refuse orders that violate our content policies
  • Order confirmation does not guarantee final acceptance
  • We may cancel orders due to technical or production issues

File Requirements

  • Files must meet our technical specifications
  • PDF format preferred with 300 DPI resolution
  • CMYK color mode required for accurate printing
  • Proper bleed and trim marks must be included

Production Timelines

  • Standard production time is 3-5 business days
  • Rush orders available for additional fees
  • Production begins after file approval and payment
  • Shipping time is additional to production time

Quality Standards

  • We maintain strict quality control processes
  • Minor color variations may occur due to printing processes
  • Proofs are available upon request for large orders
  • Final products may vary slightly from digital proofs

Payment Terms

Pricing Policies

  • All prices provided in our quotes are in your local currency US dollars or Canadian dollars (USD or CAD)
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Volume discounts available for bulk orders
  • Custom quotes provided for special requirements

Payment Methods

  • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • PayPal and Apple Pay accepted
  • Payment required before production begins
  • All transactions processed securely

Tax Obligations

  • HST/GST applied to Canadian orders as required
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties

Currency & Processing

  • All transactions processed in US or Canadian Dollars
  • Currency conversion (when applicable) handled by payment processor
