At 360 Print Studio, we are committed to delivering high-quality print products that meet or exceed your expectations. Please review our return policy to understand your rights and options in the event of dissatisfaction with our products or services.
1. Order Review and Approval
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all proofs and order details before finalizing their purchase. By approving a proof or completing an order, you confirm that all details are accurate and acceptable.
360 Print Studio is not liable for errors approved in the proofing process, including but not limited to:
- Typos, spelling errors, or grammar issues
- Design or layout inaccuracies
- Incorrect file specifications provided by the customer
2. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrectly printed product, we will reprint the order at no additional cost or offer a refund at our discretion. To qualify for a resolution:
- Submit a claim within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include clear photos showing the defect, damage, or error.
- Provide your order number and any supporting information.
3. Claims Not Covered
360 Print Studio is not responsible for claims arising from:
- Errors resulting from files not following our submission guidelines.
- Minor color variations due to the printing process.
- Normal wear and tear after delivery.
4. Shipping Issues
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers. However, if your product is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work to resolve the issue with the carrier.
5. Refunds and Reprints
Approved claims are eligible for:
- Reprints: A corrected version of your product will be printed and shipped at no cost.
- Refunds: Issued only in cases where reprints cannot be processed or agreed upon.
Refunds and reprints are processed at the sole discretion of 360 Print Studio.
6. Return of Goods
Due to the customized nature of our print-on-demand products, returns of physical goods are generally not accepted unless explicitly requested by 360 Print Studio during the claims process.
